Shipping/Delivery Information:
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Most orders ship within 24 hours.
Clothing item orders are $7.95 and will ship via FedEx Ground delivery. Room decor is calculated by weight. Generally, ground deliveries take 3-4 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight orders are $22.00.
FedEx 2nd Day orders are $12.95.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for shipping purposes.
Address verification: We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card. This is to protect our customers. We reserve the right to cancel any order based on nonverifiable discrepancies.

Sending a gift? We will soon be able to provide adorable gift wrapping for your little mascot.

Payment Method:
We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. Sales tax is included where applicable. All transactions are secure. Our server uses advanced encryption technology to safeguard your personal information and guarantee privacy.

Return Policy:
My First Mascot will gladly exchange or refund an item within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing.

Once we receive the return, your account will be credited. Please provide your credit card number, type of card, and expiration date with return. This will expedite your credit.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit as long as the item is received within 30 days of purchase.

*Please note: if merchandise is damaged, worn, or stained no credit will be issued.
*Sales are final on marked down merchandise.
